Terms of service.

SNPIT is proprietary software developed by A6 Digital Information Technology ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using SNPIT, you agree to these terms.

Free license. Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SNPIT on up to two (2) personal devices for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

Pro license. Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use all SNPIT features on the number of devices specified by your plan. The license is active for the duration of your paid subscription.

You may create an account using email and password, or by signing in with Google, GitHub, Discord, or Apple. When you sign in with a third-party provider, we access only your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) to create and manage your SNPIT account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software or license keys.
• Use the software to process or distribute illegal content.
• Circumvent plan restrictions or authentication mechanisms.
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Use automated tools to abuse the API or cloud services.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds may be issued within 14 days of initial purchase if you have not substantially used Pro features.
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until renewal.

AI credit add-ons. One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Bonus credits never expire and are consumed after your monthly credit allocation is exhausted. Credit packs are available to both Free and Pro users.

The "Publish to Cloud" feature allows Pro users to host screenshots on our infrastructure. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. Cloud-hosted images may be subject to storage limits as specified in your plan.

SNPIT includes AI-powered features such as AI Vision (screenshot analysis chat) and AI-assisted regex generation for auto-redaction.

• AI features consume credits from your monthly allocation or purchased bonus credits.
• AI responses are generated by language models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before acting on it.
• Screenshots sent to AI Vision are processed on our AI servers and are not stored after the session ends.
• We do not use your screenshots or AI conversations to train AI models.
• AI features may be modified, improved, or discontinued at our discretion.

SNPIT, its logo, and all related trademarks are the property of A6 Digital Information Technology. Screenshots you create with SNPIT remain your property. We claim no ownership over your content.

SNPIT is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for SNPIT in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the software or cloud services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to SNPIT if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the software is immediately revoked.
• Cloud-hosted content may be deleted after 30 days.
• You may request an export of your data within this period.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account from the dashboard.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where A6 Digital Information Technology is registered.
